Due to this item being customized for you, NO returns or refunds will be accepted.
Please be sure the shipping address is correct before purchasing. we are not responsible for any lost/missing packages due to an incorrect shipping address.
Even though all tumblers are sealed to perfection, we would recommend hand washing all tumblers. *Not microwavable or freezer safe * Do not soak, especially in any harsh chemicals *Not dishwasher safe.
