Due to this item being customized for you, NO returns or refunds is accepted.

All tumblers are sealed with epoxy resin to perfection; I would recommend hand washing all tumblers, do not microwave or freezer safe, do not soak, especially in any harsh chemicals, and be advised that tumblers are not dishwasher safe.

Please be sure the shipping address is correct before purchasing. AR Creates is not responsible for any lost/missing packages due to an incorrect shipping address. Also, AR Creates LLC is not responsible for any delay caused by USPS. We do our best to ensure all orders are completed and shipped on time. Please understand that any delays with shipping brought on by USPS once it leaves our shop, will have to be handled with USPS.

Need your order fast. AR Creates charge a $25 rush order fee per item.

We offer discounts for group orders. Minimum 10 quantity is required to place a group order. Rush orders are accepted for an additional $25. Please don’t hesitate to direct message us. We can also create custom orders for special occasions and inquiries.
