  • RUSH ORDERS

    All orders are created and hand-made by the order we receive. All orders take 2-3 weeks to complete. If you want your order "RUSHED" please contact us. We have a rush order listing that you can add to your order so that you can receive your order in a timely manner.

  • CARE/WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

    All tumblers are sealed to perfection; we recommend hand washing all tumblers, do not microwave or freezer safe, do not soak, especially in any harsh chemicals, and be advised that tumblers are not dishwasher safe.

  • SHIPPING

    Please be sure the shipping address is correct before purchasing. AR Creates is not responsible for any lost/missing packages due to an incorrect shipping address. Also, AR Creates LLC is not responsible for any delay caused by USPS. We do our best to ensure all orders are completed and shipped on time. Please understand that any delays with shipping brought on by USPS once it leaves our shop, will have to be handled with USPS.

All items are completely handmade and as with all handmade items, slight variations and imperfections can exist. Each tumbler has its own special charm that cannot be duplicated. No two tumblers will ever be the same!

Our turn around time can vary throughout the year for numerous reasons due to holidays and sales. But it usually depends on the item which can take 2-3 weeks to complete and ship.
